Traci Eschbach

As an Assistant Director of Residence Life, Traci supervises several Head Residents and their Resident Advisor staffs. She is responsible for supporting the HRs and RAs as they seek to build community, develop and deliver engaging programming, and respond to resident concerns.
Prior to joining the Lafayette Residence Life team, Traci worked as a Community Director at Bucknell University for three years. Additionally, Traci received her B.A. in Environmental Studies from Bucknell University and her M.Ed in Higher Education & College Student Affairs from Bloomsburg University.
Outside of Residence Life, Traci enjoys road trips, thrift stores, chai tea lattes, and gardening. Traci is also passionate about women’s empowerment, social justice, and environmentalism. Traci resides on campus with her cat, Birdie.
