Terrence supervises several of the Head Residents and their Resident Advisor staffs while focusing on student staff selection, training, and evaluation. He is responsible for supporting the HRs and RAs as they seek to build community, develop and deliver engaging programming, and respond to resident concerns. Terrence also serves as a conduct administrator.
Prior to coming to Lafayette in July 2015, Terrence worked professionally in Residential Education and Housing at the University of New England. Terrence previously served as a Graduate Assistant in the Office of Student Conduct and Off-Campus Housing at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. Terrence completed his Bachelor’s degree as well as his Master’s degree in College Student Affairs at Bloomsburg. He and his wife reside on campus in Keefe Hall.
In his spare time, Terrence enjoys attending athletic events, participating in fantasy football leagues, attending car shows, and is an avid sneaker collector.
