As an Assistant Director of Residence Life, Abby supervises Head Residents and their Resident Advisor staffs. She is responsible for supporting the HRs and RAs as they seek to build community, develop and deliver engaging programming, and respond to resident concerns.
Prior to joining the Lafayette Residence Life team, Abby worked as a Residence Hall Coordinator at The University of Delaware for two years. Before her time there, Abby received her M.A. in Higher Education in Academic Advising from Rowan University.
Outside of Residence Life, Abby enjoys reading, crafting, and coffee. Abby resides on campus with her partner, Shane and two cats Nacho and Bandit.
