All fraternity and sorority houses (or floors) are located on College property and a resident advisor is assigned to each Greek building to provide support. The fraternity and sorority chapters must fill their chapter houses to capacity each semester. Members should anticipate living in their chapter house through their senior year. Each chapter establishes its own process for determining room assignments.
The College owns and manages the facilities for the following Greek letter chapters. Room fees are billed through the College and terms of the Residence Hall contract apply.

The house corporation and/or chapter are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the building. Room rates and lease terms are set by the individual house corporation.
Fraternities offer in-house meal plan options, and often their members are required to participate in the fraternity meal plan. Sororities do not have in-house meal plans and are required to participate in the College’s meal plan.
