All fraternity and sorority chapter houses are located on College property and a resident advisor is assigned to each Greek community to provide support.
The fraternity and sorority chapters are expected to assign their chapter houses to the designated normal occupancy with members each semester. Members should anticipate living in their chapter house through their senior year if necessary to fully assign the chapter house. Each chapter establishes and manages its own process for determining which members live in the house and making room assignments. Specific expectations and instructions regarding the housing rostering process are included in the Fraternity & Sorority Life Manual of Policies and Procedures.

The College owns and manages the facilities for the following Greek letter chapters. Room fees are billed through the College and terms of the Residence Hall contract apply.
For the following chapters, the local house corporation owns and manages the facility. The house corporation and/or chapter are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the building. Room rates and lease terms are set by the individual house corporation and the chapter occupants are billed directly by the house corporation.
Four Fraternities offer in-house meal plan options, and typically require their members to participate in the fraternity meal plan. Members of sororities and fraternities that do not have in-house meal plans are required to participate in the College’s meal plan.
