Greek Housing

All fraternity and sorority houses are located on College property and a resident advisor is assigned to each Greek building to provideĀ support.

The College manages the facilities of:

  • Alpha Gamma Delta
  • Alpha Phi
  • Delta Delta Delta
  • Delta Gamma
  • Delta Kappa Epsilon
  • Delta Upsilon
  • Kappa Kappa Gamma
  • Pi Beta Phi

All Greek chapter houses are classified as Tier 1 Housing, with the exception of Delta Kappa Epsilon, which is classified as Tier 2 Housing. For more information on room and board rates for chapter houses, please review information found here.

The College assumes custodial and maintenance services to ensure the buildings meet the College’s residential standards.

Local house corporations manage the facilities of:

  • Phi Kappa Psi

The house corporation and/or chapter are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the building. Room rates are set by the individual house corporations.

Fraternities offer in-house meal plan options, and often their members are required to participate in the fraternity meal plan. Sororities do not have in-house meal plans and are required to participate in the College’s meal plan.

The fraternity and sorority chapters must fill their chapter houses to capacity each semester. Members should anticipate living in their chapter house through their senior year, if necessary.
