The Grossman House community is comprised of 25 citizens representative of international students, domestic students that have studied abroad, and domestic students that have not yet studied abroad.  This combination of backgrounds brings together students who have had different experiences but who share a common interest in understanding globalization.

Participant Expectations

Grossman House ‘citizens’ promote a deeper understanding of globalization through participating in citizen-created learning opportunities.  Each Grossman Citizen is expected to actively engage by regularly attending meetings and programs and promoting on-going dialogue in informal settings.  The elected leadership holds meetings, plans events and manages the application, selection, and room assignment process.

Membership Process

Grossman Citizens represent a variety of academic majors and application is open to currently enrolled rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors.  The Grossman House Application must be submitted through this Google Form by the deadline.

Students who plan to study abroad during the Fall semester are eligible to apply to fill mid-year vacancies in Grossman House.  That application process will occur in late-Fall.
