The Office of Residence Life is integral to the successful implementation of Lafayette College’s mission as a residential college and the achievement of the goals of the Campus Life Division.
To this end, the Office of Residence Life manages a variety of living environments in which learning is supported and extended beyond the classroom. Residence Life professional and student staff members offer programs, administer processes, and provide services that promote the achievement of educational objectives and personal well-being, encourage reasoned and ethical behavior, and foster understanding of the responsibilities that accompany living in a residentially based academic community.
