Dan has been with Residence Life since 2013. As the Associate Director of Residence Life, Dan provides full-time advisement to the Greek Life community at Lafayette College. He oversees the recruitment process for both fraternities and sororities, provides community wide programming and leadership development activities, and regularly engages with chapter leadership cohorts. Additionally, Dan is the primary advisor to the Interfraternity and Panhellenic Councils and Order of Omega Greek Honor Society. Dan coordinates housing for the Greek chapter houses.
Prior to coming to Lafayette College, Dan worked 5 years at Golden Key International Honour Society coordinating chapter development and expansion for the Society. He also worked 2 years at Adrian College (MI) in Residence & Greek Life. Dan earned his M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration & Student Affairs from the University of South Carolina. He also earned a BA in political science & Spanish from Northwest Missouri State University where he was a founding father of Phi Delta Theta International Fraternity.
In his spare time, Dan enjoys travel, being outdoors, classical music, cooking, college football, the arts, politics, and is a car enthusiast.
